This is another new one I have never seen before. I had a console session (dsmadmc -consolemode) and a normal CLI admin session going when this error occurred. The console session terminated on both the client library and the library manager. Just the console, not the admin CLI. I haven't seen the OP=HANDLELOSTVCR before either.
