Probably the node's definition in the new server isn't an exact copy of the old one. You can either a) (easiest) on the new server, update node xxxx maxnummp=whatever it is set to in the old server or b) update the utl file you use for TDP to reduce the number of backup sessions to below the maxnummp on the new server (parm is MAX_BACK_SESSIONS) Richard
