The TSM ARCHIVE command can delete the files after they have been archived, but has no feature to process files based on number of days last accessed. But I do not think it would be too difficult to create a script to traverse your file systems and build a list of files to archive based on the last access date. Then you can use the TSM ARCHIVE command (with the option to delete the files) to archive the files in your list. Use this option to perform disk grooming. Set a filter to back up files that haven't been accessed for a certain period of time (say, 3 months or so), and then select this option to delete these old, unaccessed files from the source disk.
