A search of the ADSM-L archives shows prior reports, but no feedback from the affected users as to resolution, unfortunately. Perchance, did your PC run out of space on the C: disk? Otherwise, check the dsmerror.log for indications, if not Windows Event Logs themselves. Richard Sims, BU
