Rick, I have two 3575s connected to 6207 adapters in an F50. Those are "high-voltage" diff SCSI adapters.
I can't find any info about the 6203 in my System Handbook, but that document is about two years old. I just bought a new 6H1 with eight 6207 adapters installed in it. Those are 32-bit adapters in 64-bit slots. They *better* work OK because that will be my means of double-connecting the existing HVDS libraries. AIX sees the adapters so at this point I assume they will work. Will know for sure in a month or two. The problem is that the SCSI adapters (Feature #6203 - Dual Wide/Ultra-3 SCSI I/O Controller) in the P670 appear to incompatible with my IBM 3575-L32 tape library. Has anyone had this problem and if so what did you do? Also, would the SCSI adapters (Feature #6207 - Ultra SCSI Differential PCI adapter) in my F50 be compatible with my P670?
