Thanks for replying. What I need is to save all inactive from July 15, 2002 until September 15, 2002 and delete all inactive files from September 15 until now.

Here is a work around. You can set up an admin schedule to run on that specific day. You are going to have three admin schedules. 1. The first schedule is to change the verdelet, verexist, retextra, and retonly to 1. 2. Run expire inventory. Keep in mind that expire inventory is very CPU intensive. If there are a lot of files to be expire, the users will notice a drop in performance on the system. 3. The last schedul change the verdelet, verexist, retextra and retonly back to what the values were.
