I have updated the drives to reflect the new lun assignments and things are working fine. I still can't delete the drives so that I can recreate them to reflect the new lun assignments. Cosmetic reasons only yes, but I still should be able to do it.
In 4.2 you define drivemappings, which creates paths for you. When you delete a drive mapping, the paths get deleted as well. I think I broke things when I deleted the paths first instead of the drivemappings. I recreated/deleted the drivemappings and the paths were created/deleted and yet I still can't delete the drives. During this whole process there were no storage agent/server sessions active. To overkill that point I deleted all server definitions to make sure nothing started communicating during this process.
