Don't be shy about searching the ADSM-L archives, as topics like this one have been
discussed
many times over the years. The short answer is that you can do Move Data on the
problem
volume to move off as much as possible, which will minimize the number of mounts needed
to do a Restore Volume on the remainder. (You have backup storage pool volumes, we
hope.)
If the data is years old and of little consequence, you can do a Delete
Volume...Discard=Yes
which will usually dispose of the bad stuff. (Query Content on the volume will show
you
what's on the volume, and you can discuss with the client people.)
