Well, now that you ask I did have a problem a couple of days ago where there were no scratch volumes. I rectified that.
I also found that these three volumes were in the "unavailable" status (Not sure why). I put them back into RW status and ran a reclamation again today (60 percent reclamation level). For good measure, I ran an "expire inventory" after the reclamation finished. The volumes are still showing the low usage.
