Actually, there is now TSA5UP10 available, which includes nlms for both 5 and 6.
Looks like she's working with NW5 given it's a TSA500nlm error. Laura, are you getting any indicators of problems with backups, or just restores? Also, is there any way to determine which version of the client these files were backed up with?
