slang.)

Its not specific to Storage Agents.

SERVER
Storage Agent bounce did not work, actually it caused the problem because
the tape had not been dismounted yet or was in the process of being
dismounted.

You have to bounce the StorageAgent or the TMS server?  Is there an open
apar on this?
