Jozef, You will need ITSM for Mail - Data Protection for Lotus Domino, version 5.1.5 in order to have full Domino R6 support.
You *may* be able to get the 1.1.2 version working, but it doesn't "officially" support Domino R6 and you won't be able to take advantage of things like alternate transaction log restore path without 5.1.5.
