Hmmm... It's got to be something here. The network trolls are up to
something. What gets me is I can FTP to other sites. Eureka! I know, support
for new clients must come on punched cards! FTP is not allowed any more via
network support policy!

I can download the 5.1.5.1 patch for the TSM Windows server from
ftp://service.boulder.ibm.com using the NcFTP app without trouble.
