Hi, I guess he's talking about the QLogic SANsurfer tool. The latest version should be the 2.0.23 and you can download it from the QLogic website.
But be aware of some restrictions: We tried to use it for persistent binding in an environment with dual attached STK9940A drives. But the Windows hosts were not always able to see all 16 devices (8 drives, with 2 paths each). Sometimes it were 10, or 5, or 8, or... QLogic is working on this effect, it could be some kind of timing problem during the device detection phase. The suggested workaround (first one path, then the other, then both) didn't work for us. BTW: The AIX TSM server doesn't have this problem...
