Andy, this is a known problem. APAR IC34479 has been opened for this (I
don't know when it will be fixed).

Subject: TSM V5.1.5 Admin Client
I have installed the V5.1.5 client on an AIX 5.1 system. When using the
admin client, the help messages are "squeezed". It looks like the
cariage returns are not returning. I have checked the locale settings,
and it looks like everything is set to en_US. Any ideas? Thanks.
