John, Based on my experience, you're doing fine.
* Your system is doing zero paging to/from disk (pi and po are both zero consistently); * Your scan/free ratio (sr/fr) is about 2, which is OK. Rule of thumb is sr/fr should be 3 or less. When my TSM server had only 512 MB, I was able to tune it for zero "po & pi" and 97+% TSM DB cache hit, but sr/fr was about 16. Tab Trepagnier TSM Administrator Laitram Corporation
