Hoping someone might have an answer/guidance for me. We are evaluating Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) v5.1.1. It seems that the LTO drive/autoloader we have though is not recognized by WIN2K/TSM. Presently we use the tape drive on a Netware 5.1/Backup Exec combo. The IBM LTO drive/autoloader is a model 3600-109. Tivoli's site says that TSM supports the 3600-109. But I can't get Windows 2000 to load a correct driver for it. IBM doesn't support WIN2K drivers for the 3600-109 like it does for the 3580,3581,3583,3584 LTO units. I installed all the updated device drivers for TSM and still a no go with it. Does anyone here have any experience with the 3600-109? Any help would be appreciated.
