Problems with running TSM and Netbackup on the same machine

My client is currently in the process of replacing Netbackup with TSM and
would like to run both applications in parallel until the migration is
complete.  Does anyone know of any problems with running the TSM Backup
Archive client and Netbackup on the same machine?  What about the TDP for
Oracle, exchange or SQL?
