Hi, Sounds like this library is a badged quantum ATL P1000. We have 4 of those here and have had similar problems. This library doesn't allocate a slot for cleaning tapes. The only way round this problem is to checkout all volumes the TSM Server knows about. Remove the volumes that are in the library, including the cleaning tape. Run an audit library, and then place all the volumes removed back in the library. This should fix the problem, (at least it did here). We logged a fault with Tivoli, and all they suggested was to run an audit library. Before you do the above, check your devcnfg.out file and make sure this matches what is in the library.
