1. We store all of our full archive tapes outside the library. We run a daily script that does:
- q media * stgpool=stgpoolname wherestate=mountablein wherestatus=full - creates checkout commands and runs - produces a report for our operators to remove these tapes 3. Since you are keeping it forever, you should ensure these tapes are regularly recycled. We run a script that checks all tapes that have not been written to in over 1 year and move the data from them.
