Below 5.1, if preschedule command returns non-zero - backup still runs.

New feature added to 5.1:
"Also if you use the processing option
preschedulecmd to run a command, and that command
returns a non-zero return code, the scheduled
event will not run. This ensures that scheduled
events will not run if prerequisite commands do
not complete successfully."

If your preschedule command is a script that returns a 0 on failure, will
TSM still start the backup? My understanding is no but I'm looking at the
admin guide to verify and it doesn't mention return codes. It just says
it'll run your command before it does the backup.
