With the 3583 and TSM on Win2k, the drives use the IBM device driver located at ftp://ftp.software.ibm.com/storage/devdrvr/Win2000/ Once you've installed the driver and configured the drives to use this driver, you should be able to see the drives under the TSM Management Console as \\.\TapeX where X is a number.
