Joe, Yes, you can start backup stgpools before your cleint backups are complete. NO, the client data arriving at the server after the backup stgpool is begun does not get backed up to the copypool in this cycle. Backup stgpool is an incremental function in the same sense of client incrementals: a comparison is made between stgpool & copypool up front, and then only new objects get copied.
