as Henk inform you, you should consider going to 4.2.1.11. There were a lot
of fixes between 9 and 11.

Henk, thanks...I located the URL on the Tivoli website taking you to the
same FTP site you use in the note below. It is a one-liner on the web-page
for the TSM server downloads/fixes page. Had been unable to get to the
Tivoli pages for a day or two.
