I raised this issue with our Marketing group, and here is the response from Rick Hoffman (Business Unit Executive, Americas):
"not only is it not true, but the opposite is the fact, i want more business from the non fortune 1000 accounts. I will personally get involved if you have a name and company that i can address this with. and feel free to post this on the ADSM site." For anyone getting a message similar to what Wanda got, please respond to me PRIVATELY (don't post it on ADSM-L) via my e-mail address, [EMAIL PROTECTED], and I will pass it on to Rick. I have the name of a Tivoli/IBM business partner who provides excellent service and DOES want your business, email me directly if you want the contact info. -----Original Message----- From: Dale Jolliff [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] Sent: Thursday, March 07, 2002 3:05 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Tivoli Account reps What does it take to get attention from a Tivoli Rep in the Central North America region??? I have been trying for two days to get a return call from someone because we want to spend money... Anybody know a number for a rep in the Pittsburgh, PA area? I think the Chicago office covers this area.
