A C03 abend is caused by a control block called a DCB disappearing before a file is closed and task termination is searching for the DCB and cannot find it. Typically, this is a recovery termination issue with code and there is another underlying problem. It may simply be that your TSM Server has run out of memory and you need to increase the region size of the task. If you look further in the logs you may be able to find out what is triggering this problem.
