A C03 abend is caused by a control block called a DCB disappearing before a
file is closed and task termination is searching for the DCB and cannot find
it.  Typically, this is a recovery termination issue with code and there is
another underlying problem.  It may simply be that your TSM Server has run
out of memory and you need to increase the region size of the task.  If you
look further in the logs you may be able to find out what is triggering this
problem.

Can someone who has access to the TIVOLI knowledgebase tell me if this is
a known problem. I have registered, but it says it will take up to
3-business days to get access. Tried the standard IBMLINK but did not get
