I'm no expert, but I'd say they were successful. I saw a post from someone who suggested that perhaps you've got a limitation on your disk storage pool that won't accept a file larger than 'x' size and because of that, it's having to go to a different pool (tape?). However, you'd probably be seeing a lot of that since these files are only 23MB...Check the dsmerror.log file on the client and the dsmserv.err file on the server for more clues...
