I do not see why not.  But to install a different version of the code
you would have to do something like copy the executables onto the system
instead of doing a SMIT or a SAM installation (cause that would
overwrite the old code).

We currently run a TSM server under OS/390, and are looking into the
implications of moving the server to AIX or HP-UX. I know it is possible
to run two or more instances of the TSM server on the same UNIX system.
Is it possible to have different instances at different version or

levels? We would like to be able to test new versions of the server code
before putting them into production.
