YEP you do. And it gets worse with Active Directory. But, Tivoli is not the folks that say mailbox recovery products are bad. Microsoft says so. Until they provide the proper API, nothing will likely happen in TSM. The interface that some vendors are using to do this requires that you backup all the mailboxes and takes forever. So, if you have 1000s of mailboxes on an Exchange server, it isn't going to happen. Some customers are using these tools to backup executive's mailboxes.
