can you confirm that veritas netbackup is similiar to tsm/adsm? do both use the client/server model?
if tsm is installed on a aix server, does a client piece have to be installed on a solaris server in order to be backed up? ditto for a nextstep, nt/2000 and hp server??? thanks.
