I do think that you have to upgrade the ADSM version. If I remember correctly LTO is support as from version TSM 4.X. Be sure to have a look at www.tivoli.com.

We have a LTO-ULTIUM Tape - 3580 Model 1 and i don't how to configure it for a ADSM server. When i give a WRKDEVADSM command i got a message "Unrekognized MODEL form QTARDCAP API" and i don't know if ti's a ADSM or AS/400 problem. The ADSM version is V3.1.2.101 and system version is V5R1 ?
