No.  You use the normal TDP for Exchange client along with the
base client storage agent.  The trick is to use the
"ENABLELANFREE YES" in the dsm.opt options file.

   LAN Free

   Running TDP for Exchange in a LAN free environment avoids
   network constraints. Specify ENABLELANFREE YES in the TDP
   for Exchange options file. You must be equipped to operate in a
   LAN free environment. See "TSM Managed System for SAN Storage
   Agent User's Guide" for information on setting up a LAN Free
   environment.
