It would help to know the context in which the message was issued, but there is an APAR, IC29787, that says this message is seen during inventory expiration when it comes across backup set records. The APAR is fixed in the latest server PTF, 4.1.4.0.

The TSM server assigns numeric identifiers for nodes and file spaces, and uses these identifiers in most database entries that refer to nodes and file spaces. There are a couple of tables in the TSM database used to map numeric identifiers to human readable names when necessary. I think the message quoted above means that a row has been deleted from the table mapping file space numeric identifiers to file space names even though other database tables still contain references to the numeric identifier. I can only suggest contacting Tivoli support to see if they know of any way of repairing this inconsistency in the database.
