TSM 4.2 Client Option Documentation Errors

I have found the following client options must be in the server stanza, but are not documented as such in the TSM 4.2 UNIX Client manual

EnableLanFree
LanFreeCommmethod
LanFreeShmPort
LanFreeTCPPort
ResourceUtilization
