We have TSM4.2 on AIX 4.3 and 3584 LTO library.
09/10/01 UYA005, Mountable, 09/10/01, 06:04:50,

on the 10th this volume UYA005 was moved to offsite vault using :
move drm * wherestate=mountable remove=untileefull
move drm * wherestate=notmountable tostate=vault
on the 17th
09/17/01 10:39:49 ANR1423W Scratch volume UYA005 is empty but will not
be
deleted - volume access mode is "offsite".
MOVE DRMEDIA * wherestate=vaultretrieve tostate=onsiteretrieve
09/17/01 10:40:21 ANR1341I Scratch volume UYA005 has been deleted from
storage pool STG_DATA_1C.
09/17/01 10:40:21 ANR6684I MOVE DRMEDIA: Volume UYA005 was deleted.
I would expect this tape to be returned from vault but it did not !!!!!!?
ps. this is not the only one.
any ideas ???? am I doing something wrong ???
q libv * * and q vol does not show these (kind of) tapes ...... is there
something else i could
use to identify these tapes ???
