Client 4.1.3 for Win95 much slower than 3.1.0.6 by incremental ba ckups

Hi,

our laptop users begin to call us after upgrading the TSM client from
3.1.0.6 to 4.1.3 (Win95). Our server is 4.1.4 (OS/390).

Since the upgrade, incremental backups take 5 times longer (see below). Why
??
