It's a known bug.
Was discussed couple weeks ago on the list.
There is no fix currently, there is an APAR out, Tivoli is working on a fix.
The bug is harmless, has to do with license counting, I think, or something
like that, no data at risk.
Ignore it until the fix comes out.
