Error 137 from Signon Authentication

Error 137 from Signon Authentication [in DSIERROR.LOG]

I am getting this on two NT 4.0 + SP5 clients that have TSM client v4.2
installed on them. It is happening when the TSM CLIENT SCHEDULER service is
started and has about 6 entries each time it is started.

All backups, whether manual or scheduled work OK.

Is this something I should be concerned about? If so, what is it and how do
I fix it?
