Trying to improve backup performance. Given: Server: V3R1L2.9 on VM/ESA V2R2 Client: Win-NT 4.x SP 5 with TSM V4R2.0.0 Things like journal and encryption will not work? Or, I just haven't figured out how to make them work yet? With Journal processing - if all work is done at client does server level really matter? Install on client and configuration appears to have gone well. Thanks, Brad
