The backup set is generated by the server, but the restore backup set is
done by the client.

If you open the GUI RESTORE window, you will see that the file tree includes
RESTORE of BACKUPSETS now as well as restore local files.

If you start the client command line and say HELP, there is help available
for RESTORE BACKUPSET.

I was looking at the "define backupset" and that confused me. I looked at
the "Generate Backupset" command definition does a decent job at
explaining the backupset.

The only thing I am still not clear is how one restores from a backupset.
