Expire Logs "C" Program for Tivoli 4.2 and Informix

Does anyone have an upgraded versions of the expire_logs "C" program that
works with 4.x Tivoli and Informix (prefer AIX).  We had been using a
version of this program on ADSM 3.7 version and I've had no luck converting
it to 4.2 Tivoli.  It would appear that some of the structures and changed
and I'll admit I'm no "C" programmer.
