Tracing a Restore

I'm having a problem tracing a restore, I've placed the following line in
my dsm.opt file..

traceflags     all
tracefile d:\ibm\adsm\trace.out

The output file from the trace however is 4GB!  I'm tracing one particular
restore because I get an error when applying transaction logs, I've also
tried the trace with the traceflag set to 'error' but this provides me with
no output?
