I've found very rarely that the passwords between the client and server get
out of sync.  You may want to try resetting the password on the TSM server
and  then resetting the password on the client.

I created the service again with the password, change also the password of
the client, reinstall it and the problem continues... thanks for your help.

Check your password.
I've seen similar errors when starting the scheduler service with
the wrong password.
