Thanks Mike, I understand now. We're running
a 4.1 server, so that must be the reason
why the backup fails. We have no intention to
4.2 any time soon (the upgrade to 4.1 took place
just a few hours ago), so I'll ask the customer
to rename his files to file name that don't contain
characters from another code page.
