I have just upgraded from 3.1 ADSM server to 4.1 TSM server and have a few backup clients that keep loosing connections (drop from timeouts): I have uninstalled ADSM 3.1 Client from the servers, removed the ADSM Services manually, and after a reboot, installed TSM 4.1 Client. I have also installed the latest patch IP22151_19.exe and when the backup sessions start the Client opens up 3 session to the server (great), but one by one they will time out (see logs from the server and client below). These servers do not have any connectivity problems with other servers except my TSM. I am waiting for the new TSM Server (v4.2 - i believe) that will hopefully solve this problem. TSM Server 4.1.3 is available, however a uninstall/install is required to complete this install (from what I have read). Anyone else have this problem?. I have also search through the web site (tivoli.com) for solutions, and no luck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
