Christo, I don't ever recall seeing this. What did the SQL Server log show? How about the NT event log? Is this a user-defined database or a system database that you are restoring? If you cannot get it figured out, you should call IBM/Tivoli support. We will probably have to get Microsoft involved too. This seems like a strange error to get... I personally haven't seen this one yet. Anybody else? Thanks, Del ---------------------------------------------------- Del Hoobler IBM Corporation [EMAIL PROTECTED] "It's a beautiful day. Info on our environment: Mssql 6.5 Tsm client - Tsm 3.7.2 Tsm server: Tsm3.7.4 The message we are getting is: SQL server: SSREPORT, TSM server: dsm, SQL status: DB-LIB message: Attempt to insert duplicate key row in object 'sysusers' with unique index 'sysusers', TSM status: ACO3028E -- Error: SQL server errors encountered. The ACO3028E does not say anything other than looking at other messages for the recommended action. The restore is done into an empty database. Anyone seen this before - Del? Thanks Christo
