Indra - The incidental recall of an HSM-migrated file should
        leave the file in a Premigrated state, and thus still
occupying the same space on its tape: no migration needed.
If for some reason the same file did migrate, tape usage would
be governed by the storage pool rules you have in effect, as
per Collocation.

Tape redundancy, for data integrity assurance, occurs via the
usual Copy Storage Pool mechanism.
