HELP: An error occurred while attempting to access NTFS security information ????

I have a client with a networked drive. But when attempting to backup I am
getting

"ANS1448E An error occurred while attempting to access NTFS security
information"

The client has FULL access to the files (read/write...)

What must I do to allow the client to backup this drive?
