The TSM servername parameter and the client TCPServerName do not have to
match.  We've been running with the TSM servername different from the
server hostname (which the clients use) for years.  OTOH,
ServerHLAddress and ServerLLAddress must match the server TCP/IP address
and port for crossdefining to work.
