Eric,

Remember the discussion a few months ago about "orphan" backups?
The 2.2 version as a utility called TDPOSYNC:
>From the install guide:

"This utility checks for items on the TSM server that are not in the
RMAN catalog and allows you to repair such discrepancies. By thus
removing unwanted objects in TSM storage, you can reclaim space
on the server."

Subject: TDP for Oracle

Hi *SM-ers!
We currently use TDP for Oracle 2.1.10 and I saw that version 2.2 is
available.
I would like to know the difference between the two versions so I can advice
my Oracle customers to upgrade or not.
Can anybody point me to the right direction for this information?
Thanks in advance!
Kindest regards,
Eric van Loon
